Driven by its commitment to developing institutional performance and leveraging digital transformation, 2025 witnessed remarkable growth in workload. The number of filed cases exceeded 32,000, reflecting the trust in the insurance dispute resolution ecosystem. Additionally, the General Secretariat received more than 7,000 requests for settlement through alternative means, with total amounts exceeding 650 million riyals. This further confirms the effectiveness of these mechanisms and their role in supporting the ecosystem's efficiency and accelerating dispute resolution.
