Xixi Yang is the Vice President and General Counsel of Volvo China Investment Company and was previously the Head of Legal for Greater China at Tesla. Before turning in-house, she worked at two English “magic circle” firms, with positions in London, Brussels, Hong Kong and Beijing. 

 

Ms. Yang has almost two decades of experience around cross-border legal matters. She graduated from Harvard Law School and holds four law degrees from China, the US and Europe. She is qualified as an attorney in New York and qualified to practice law in China. 

 

Ms. Yang is also an arbitrator listed at prominent arbitration institutions, with experience in many international cases.
