Speakers Wolf von Kumberg

Wolf is a dual-qualified lawyer (Canada and England), mediator, arbitrator, and dispute board member, with over 30 years of experience as a senior legal executive at Litton Industries Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation. He has advised on international legal and compliance matters across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His experience includes board-level advisory, major infrastructure projects, programme development and implementation, joint venture formation, licensing and IP management, corporate structures, international ADR (arbitration, mediation, and dispute boards), compliance and governance, export controls, ethics training, and conflict management consulting.

Wolf is the CEO of Global Resolution Services Limited, an international consulting firm providing solutions for regulatory, compliance, governance, CSR, and conflict-risk challenges faced by companies operating globally. With offices in London, Washington DC, and Abu Dhabi, the firm focuses on ADR and specialises in mediation, arbitration, dispute board neutral work, and ADR consulting services.

Wolf specialises in complex cross-border disputes and is a recognised thought leader in investor-state mediation. He has been appointed to the ICSID Conciliation Panel by the President of the World Bank and works extensively across the GCC, Africa, and Asia to achieve amicable dispute resolution in the technology, aerospace, mining, and manufacturing supply-chain sectors.
