Ms. Chi Wenhui currently serves as the Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Development Department at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). In this role, she is primarily responsible for international arbitration exchange and cooperation, as well as diversified dispute resolution. With a combined legal background in China, the United States and Germany, she is skilled in handling complex arbitration cases involving Chinese and foreign parties. She has contributed to the drafting of the SCIA Arbitration Rules and played a key role in the establishment of several SCIA foreign-related legal platforms. Additionally, she has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Council of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), where she engages in international arbitration research and training with global experts.
