Sulaiman Alareadh is a quantum expert with more than 14 years of professional experience in the Middle East construction industry, including over 11 years specializing in dispute resolution, and quantum-related matters. His career is distinguished by extensive involvement in complex construction disputes, where he has provided expert-level analysis and advice on financial and contractual issues arising from major infrastructure, energy, and real estate developments. He has acted as a testifying quantum expert and has supported dispute resolution proceedings across a range of formal forums, including arbitration and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) processes and litigations.

Sulaiman’s expertise lies primarily in quantum matters, encompassing quantity surveying, damage valuation, cost analysis, disruption and prolongation claims, variation assessments, and the application of logically driven quantum principles. He has prepared, assessed, and reviewed disputes involving time-related costs, loss and expense, disruption, acceleration, and variations, often in complex projects.

Sulaiman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University and a Master’s degree from the University of Birmingham. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a registered expert with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He also holds a Diploma in Domestic Arbitration and a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the United Kingdom.
