He has acted as a testifying quantum expert and has supported dispute resolution proceedings across a range of formal forums, including arbitration and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) processes and litigations.
Sulaiman’s expertise lies primarily in quantum matters, encompassing quantity surveying, damage valuation, cost analysis, disruption and prolongation claims, variation assessments, and the application of logically driven quantum principles.
