Speakers Sofana Dahlan

Sofana Dahlan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sofana R. Dahlan Law Firm and a Partner at AMERELLER in Saudi Arabia. She is one of the first women licensed to practice law in the Kingdom and is widely recognized for her work in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, foreign investment, and dispute resolution.

She advises multinational companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on market entry into Saudi Arabia, joint ventures, regulatory structuring, and complex cross-border transactions. Her practice combines strong commercial insight with deep knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks, making her a trusted adviser on high-value strategic projects. Sofana previously served as Vice Governor for Entrepreneurship Advancement at the Saudi SME Authority and is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Misk 2030 Leader.

Sofana holds an LLB from Cairo University, a postgraduate degree in Islamic Law, and an MBA from the American University of Technology, alongside executive education at Harvard.
