Saleh Aljaloud is a lawyer with over seven years of experience in dispute resolution and legal consultancy, specialising in complex property, capital markets, commercial, and construction disputes. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including government entities, government-owned entities, corporations, and individuals, before Saudi courts, as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals. His practice focuses on commercial and civil law, with particular expertise in the application of Islamic jurisprudence to financial and transactional matters.

 

Saleh holds an LLM in Law and Technology from King’s College London, a Master’s degree in Commercial Judiciary from the High Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University
