Othman Alshmry is Managing Partner of BCLP in Saudi Arabia. Othman has a broad Saudi practice and GCC experience, focusing on litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration.

 

Othman has represented many multinational clients – including the largest oil and gas company in the world – in construction, infrastructure, energy, real estate, joint ventures, labor, contracting, administrative and commercial sectors disputes, both in arbitration and litigation before the Board of Grievances, General Courts and various other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

 

Othman was a secondee at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in Riyadh in 2007. He also regularly advises clients on non-contentious corporate and joint venture activities and other commercial matters. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.

  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
