Niclas specialises in arbitration and civil litigation as well as contentious regulatory including matters involving allegations of fraud and corruption. 

Niclas has acted as counsel and arbitrator in a large number of arbitration cases, both ad hoc and institutional, and has extensive experience of injunctive relief, setting aside proceedings, enforcing of arbitration awards and cross-border asset tracing relief. Niclas also has considerable experience of complex civil litigation having represented clients before various courts, including the Swedish Supreme Court. 

 

In addition to his arbitration and litigation work, Niclas advises global financial institutions and corporations on their most sensitive and complex regulatory matters, including employment investigations and matters involving allegations of fraud and corruption. 

 

Niclas has experience of representing private parties and state entities in a variety of areas including: professional liability; share and asset purchases; agency and distribution; joint ventures; corporate & regulatory; intellectual property; competition; product liability and employment.
