Nata is a part of the Hogan Lovells's International Arbitration Group. She is an international arbitration practitioner with extensive experience handling complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Nata acts as both counsel and arbitrator and has significant expertise representing clients before Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Boards in major construction and infrastructure projects.

Nata has extensive experience advising clients and representing them in high-stakes arbitrations, both ad hoc and institutional (ICC, SIAC, DIS, Swiss Rules, DIA rules, LCIA, etc.). Her practice spans a wide array of industries, including construction and infrastructure (roads, bridges, tunnels, and water, sewage, and wastewater systems), energy (oil and gas, offshore and onshore wind, hydroelectric power, thermoelectric power plant), transportation (metro and railway projects), and aerospace and defence.

Nata’s practice is notably focused on cases involving parties and projects from Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Türkiye and the Middle East.

Beyond her casework, Nata is actively involved in the international arbitration community. She is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and serves as Community Ambassador Network (CAN) Ambassador to Georgia for the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). She joined the Board of Directors of ArbitralWomen in 2022 and was appointed Secretary of ArbitralWomen in 2024.

Nata regularly speaks at conferences, lectures on international arbitration, and contributes to leading publications in the field. Fluent in English, German, Russian, and Georgian, she combines her multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural experience to provide strategic, effective, and nuanced representation to clients in complex international disputes.
