Speakers Nasser Alrubayii

Nasser Alrubayyi is Co-Chair of the Middle East & North Africa Practice and leads the Saudi Arabia office. He represents international and domestic corporations in litigation and arbitration across construction, telecom, securities, tax, insurance, and real estate sectors.

One of the first lawyers to argue before the Saudi Administrative Supreme Court, he has won three cases and previously advised the Saudi Ministry of Justice on judicial reforms. Before practicing in Saudi Arabia, he trained at the ICC in France and JAMS in the U.S.

Recognized by Legal 500 (2020–2025) as “fearless, confident, and innovative,” with his Dispute Resolution Team ranked Tier 1 in 2025 and listed in its inaugural Arbitration Powerlist – Middle East. Chambers and Partners (2020–2025) describes him as “strategic, detailed, and a true expert.”

He is the only Saudi lawyer ranked by Law360 and the only lawyer from the Middle East featured in Lawdragon’s Global Rankings for Bankruptcy & Restructuring (2024–2025), Tax (2025), and International Arbitration (2024–2025).
