Mohammed bin Ali bin Khamis Al-Marzouqi is a Board Member of the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OAC), and a Judge, Arbitrator, Lawyer, and Legal Consultant with more than two decades of experience in the Omani legal system. He previously served as Assistant Director General and Director General at the Public Prosecution, holding senior prosecutorial and leadership roles across several governorates in the Sultanate of Oman.
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of the West of England (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from Sultan Qaboos University. He is also a Certified Trainer accredited by the Arab Trainers Union.
Mr. Al-Marzouqi is a member of the Omani Human Rights Committee and is an active legal trainer and speaker, having delivered numerous lectures, workshops, and conference presentations at both national and international levels. His professional expertise includes criminal law, human rights, public prosecution, legal reform, and institutional capacity building
