Speakers Dr Minli Tang

Minli is dual qualified in mainland China/New York State and a registered foreign lawyer with the SICC. Minli has rich experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration.

 

Minli once was a Regional Representative of ICC YAAF and is now a committee member of the BAIAC, a supporting member of the LMAA, a member of the Shanghai Arbitration Association, a committee member of the Arbitration Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and an external master-degree supervisor of the KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

 

Minli also sits as an arbitrator and is on the panel of arbitrators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), the Langfang Arbitration Commission, the Nanjing Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and admitted into the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Arbitrator List, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) List of Arbitrators, and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) List of Rising Arbitrators.

 

With postgraduate education in the UK and the US, and two years as a visiting lawyer at a leading barristers’ chambers in London, Minli brings cross-border insight and international connections.
