Mahmoud is a Partner in PwC’s Forensics practice, based in Dubai, with extensive experience in the GCC region dating back to 2008. He brings a wealth of expertise in construction disputes, delay analysis, and project controls. Mahmoud began his career as a planning engineer, progressing through key roles in project controls for both contractors and employers before transitioning into forensic advisory.

Today, he is a highly regarded expert in forensic delay analysis, frequently appointed in high-profile litigation and arbitration cases across the Middle East. Mahmoud’s technical background, combined with bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic, makes him a sought-after authority in complex construction disputes.
