Ms. Shu serves as the Legal Counsel of International Cooperation and Development Department of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Criminology from the University of Melbourne, a Juris Doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is qualified to practice law in Chinese mainland. This interdisciplinary academic background, combining legal expertise with communication and analytical insights, underpins her performance in her current role at SCIA, where she specializes in international arbitration, negotiation facilitation, cross-border legal cooperation and brand promotion. With years of dedicated practice in these fields, she has built a solid professional foundation and a comprehensive grasp of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms. 

In case handling and negotiation facilitation, she proficiently navigates complex cross-border arbitration matters and promotes effective dispute resolution through professional legal support and structured negotiation processes. In cooperation development, she proactively fosters strategic partnerships with domestic and overseas enterprises, legal institutions, industry associations and government bodies. In brand promotion, she is responsible for all SCIA’s media platforms, coordinates with media outlets, and collaborates with domestic and foreign institutions on promotional initiatives, laying a solid foundation for the institution's global communication.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW26), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
