A Civil and construction engineering professional with over 14 years’ experience working for EPC contractors and global consultants. Khalid has excellent people management skills with a proven track record in motivating resources to achieve demanding targets.

 

Khalid specialises in claims preparation and defense, expert determination, Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs), planning and delay analysis, contract administration, project monitoring reviews, programme preparation and analysis, productivity measures, disruption, extensions of time and ascertaining due entitlement.

 

He has extensive market knowledge for GCC and the Middle East specifically KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Egypt, working for clients, statutory bodies, engineering, contractors, and various components of the construction supply chain.

 

Khalid has also acted as an expert determiner for extension of time related claims in large scale infrastructure project in KSA. He has also prepared a DAB report in relation to the time impact of various delays impacted a residential project in the UAE.
