Speakers Khalid Alghamdi

Khalid is a Lawyer and Legal Consultant at Eyad Reda Law Firm, focusing on legislative and regulatory advisory, dispute resolution, and the structuring of complex legal frameworks. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Abdulaziz University and is certified as a Sharia Legal Advisor in Islamic Financial Jurisprudence, in addition to being an accredited Legislative Drafting Consultant by the Qadaa Association.

Khalid has contributed to high-level legislative and regulatory initiatives through his participation in senior governmental committees, including extensive involvement with the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, advising on major governmental legislative frameworks. He also advises government entities and private sector clients and has successfully represented clients before the Saudi Administrative Courts in more than 50 cases.

In addition to his advisory and litigation work, Khalid brings strong experience in government projects and the structuring of sophisticated legal arrangements, including the establishment and structuring of real estate investment funds (REITs). His professional focus lies at the intersection of law, regulation, and innovation, with particular emphasis on technology-enabled legal solutions.
