He has led teams in high-profile financial investigations and forensic reviews across the Middle East and North Africa, covering sectors such as corruption, kickbacks, money laundering, embezzlement, asset misappropriation, and financial statement fraud.

Kassem possesses extensive experience in commercial disputes, including litigation and international arbitration, and has been appointed as an expert witness in numerous cases involving damage quantification in contractual, shareholder, and transaction-related disputes.
