Kamal Khashoggi is a US educated and qualified attorney. He holds a Juris Doctor

degree, and he is licensed in various jurisdictions in the United States, including New

York and Washington D.C. Kamal is a Saudi national who was raised between Saudi

Arabia and various Western countries. Some of the countries he has lived in and

gained experience with include Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, France, the

United States, Spain and the United Kingdom. His wide-ranging experience has

granted him familiarity with the legal systems and business cultures of both the

Middle East and the West.

 

In addition to his role as Director of the Middle East Desk, Kamal’s legal practice is

focused on International Arbitration, with experience representing clients in high-

value construction and energy disputes. He has been involved in arbitration

proceedings under various rules and governing laws.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW26), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
