Speakers Judeh Bahnan

Mr. Judeh is the General Counsel of the Olayan Group, where he leads the legal and regulatory aspects of the Group’s diverse investment portfolio across the Middle East. His responsibilities span operating companies, joint ventures, public and private equity, real estate, venture capital, and charitable and philanthropic activities. He advises on complex transactions, restructurings, and corporate governance matters, while focusing on risk mitigation and value optimization. He also serves as Company Secretary, represents the Group on several boards, and is a member of the Management Investment Committee and the Diversity Steering Committee.

Prior to joining the Olayan Group, he practiced law both in-house at Honeywell and in private practice with Dentons LLP, Patton Boggs LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Earlier in his career, he was part of the legal team at the Negotiations Support Unit, where he provided legal advice and strategic recommendations to the Palestinian negotiating team.

He is a native speaker of Arabic and English, a member of the State Bar of California, and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
