Joza Al Rasheed is a Projects and Corporate (M&A)/Capital Markets lawyer and has extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, capital markets, restructuring, and corporate governance Joza has a profound understanding of the Saudi law and government projects and has worked on many innovative and market first-of-its-kind projects.

 

She is a New York and Saudi Arabian qualified lawyer. Her distinctive experience, as both in-house and outside counsel, allows her to effectively tailor her advice to efficiently meet the business objectives of her clients.

 

Joza is a Board member of the Georgetown University MENA Law Alumni Advisory Board and Board member of CATRION. She has also been recently appointed as a Delegate to the ICC Saudi National Committee and Chair of the ICC Nomination Committee.
