Speakers Jinxu Xu

Mr. Xu is currently the Director of Winson Law Firm in Saudi Arabia. He serves as the legal advisor to the Saudi Chinese Business Association, Deputy Vice Chairman and General Legal Advisor of the Saudi Chinese Overseas Federation, Vice Chairman and General Legal Advisor of the Saudi Henan Chamber of Commerce, and legal advisor to the Saudi Beijing General Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Shandong General Chamber of Commerce.

 

Xu has many years of experience in managing legal work within Saudi Arabia. He previously served as the head of the Legal Department's business operations at China Railway Construction (CRCC) Saudi Company. He has also worked and studied at various units including the Legal Compliance Department of CRCC Co., Ltd., CRCC Saudi Branch, CRCC Russia Branch, accumulating extensive experience in cross-border legal affairs management and dispute resolution.

 

Xu has long provided legal services to branches of state-owned enterprises and leading private enterprises in China operating in Saudi Arabia, as well as large local enterprises in Saudi Arabia. He has also actively provided legal assistance to the Chinese Embassy and Consulates General in Saudi Arabia. He is skilled in integrating state-owned asset supervision policies, corporate internal compliance, and Saudi Arabian laws and regulations to provide practical and effective solutions comprehensively.
