Speakers Jiang Qi

Jiang Qi ,a law doctoral graduate from University of International Business and Economics, serves as the Vice Chairman of the Commercial Law and Practice Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce China National Committee (ICC CHINA), Executive Director of the International Economic Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, Vice Chairman of the Law Society's Lawyers Law Research Association, an expert in the legal expert database of the China Banking Association, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Beijing Law Society's International Economic Law Research Association, a member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee for Optimizing the Business Environment Consulting and Supervision, and an expert on the international operation compliance of Shenzhen enterprises. He is also the President of the Temple University China Alumni Association in the United States; a researcher at the "Belt and Road" Legal Research Center of the Law School of Renmin University of China; and a part-time professor at the School of Intellectual Property, Shenzhen University. He holds various social positions, including being an arbitrator for 23 global arbitration institutions such as the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC).
