Francesco specialises in aviation liability and regulatory matters. He also has a broader litigation and arbitration experience, particularly on international commercial, insurance and banking and finance matters.

Prior to joining HFW, Francesco worked as legal counsel in a major regional airline, where he was primarily tasked to handle the airline’s litigation and regulatory portfolio. In the past, Francesco also worked in the Milan offices of a US law firm as well as in a major Italian law firm.

Francesco holds a LL.M. in Air and Space Law from the International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University, in The Netherlands. He is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as an Avvocato in Italy.

  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
