Faisal is Head of Special Assets Management at Bank AlJazira, with extensive leadership experience in risk, credit, and special assets management. He has a strong track record in managing non-performing loans, creditor-led restructurings, and complex recoveries within formal and informal insolvency contexts.
He previously established the Early Warning Signals Division and headed Credit Administration, giving him end-to-end exposure to pre-default risk identification, forbearance, and post-default resolution. Faisal is a Certified Expert in NPL Management & Investment from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, with practical experience in creditor rights, insolvency proceedings, and coordination with bankruptcy trustees and regulators.
He is a postgraduate of the University of Strasbourg in France, specialized in Islamic Finance, and focuses on legally sound workout solutions that balance creditor protection, regulatory compliance, and value preservation.
