Speakers Feras Darwish

Feras started his career in the financial services sector with UBS and then Macquarie Bank in London focusing primarily on corporate and asset finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and investments and structuring.

Over the past 15 years, Feras has worked on complex, cross-border matters across
various industry sectors for both listed and private companies in the UK, Europe and Middle East,
building extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, infrastructure and
construction, corporate governance, compliance, and international business operations.          

An analytical, level-headed, and results-driven individual with the ability to adapt to evolving
situations, Feras was selected for and completed H.R.H. The Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s
Leadership Program in conjunction with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Feras also possesses a valuable depth of commercial and technical knowledge, and his strength lies in providing sound legal and strategic business advice derived from developing a thorough understanding of the key factors that drive a business or transaction.
