Speakers Eyad Reda

Eyad is the Managing Partner of Eyad Reda Law Firm LLP, leading a team of more than 30 lawyers, with extensive experience in regulatory and corporate legal matters. He has advised on a wide range of government, corporate, and commercial work, including doing business and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia, PPP projects, litigation, initial public offerings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, family businesses, restructuring, commercial agreements, and dispute resolution.

Eyad has advised leading international brands on retail, distribution, and franchise operations in Saudi Arabia, as well as on joint ventures and foreign investment matters across key sectors including Transport, Education, Defense, and Healthcare. His experience also includes advising multinational corporations and major Saudi family businesses on crisis management matters.

Prior to founding Eyad Reda Law Firm, Eyad managed the Saudi practice of a global law firm as Country Managing Partner for over nine years. He previously served as Chief Legal Counsel of SAGIA and as Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Eyad is a board member of several public and private company committees and participated as a legal advisor and negotiator in multilateral Working Party Meetings held in Geneva relating to the accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the World Trade Organization (WTO). He brings over 19 years of local and international legal experience to the firm.
