Speakers Aiwu Du

Aivin Du has a dual background as a lawyer and a judge. He used to work in the Shanghai Maritime Court and has been practicing as an attorney since 1999. He is now the director of Boss & Young Attorneys-At-Law. Aivin Du specializes in the legal practice of real estate, foreign investment, international trade, financial insurance, and maritime, especially foreign-related dispute resolution of the aforementioned practice.

Meanwhile, Aivin Du serves as an Arbitrator of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, the Chongqing Arbitration Commission, the Wuxi Arbitration Commission and many other arbitration institutions. He has extensive experience in handling complicated arbitrations involving disputes of joint venture and shareholders agreements, banking and financing transactions, commercial trade, etc.
