Speakers Ahmad Bobat

Ahmed Bobat is a dispute resolution lawyer based in our Riyadh office.

Ahmed’s primary focus is on alternative forms of dispute resolution, and he has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. Ahmed has acted for employers, contractors, subcontractors and operators on a wide range of contentious and advisory matters involving numerous landmark projects across the world. He also has a breadth of experience in general commercial dispute resolution, as well as in relation to insurance, regulatory and investigative matters.  Ahmed regularly acts for parties involved in international arbitration, mediation, conciliation, expert determination proceedings, and in claims before regulatory tribunals. 

Ahmed has been based in the Middle East for over 14 years, and has lived in both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Prior to working in the region, he advised on a variety of disputes in London.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
