Lawyer at Thieffry & Associés – Paris (1991–1994).

Lawyer and Partner at Raphaël & Associés Law Firm in Beirut since 1994.

 

Professional Memberships and Positions:

Admitted to the Beirut Bar Association (1987) and the Paris Bar Association (1991).

Former representative of Lebanon on the Arbitration Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce for a period of three years.

 

Research and Publications:

Author of numerous legal publications in the fields of international arbitration, commercial law, and investor protection, published in specialized legal journals, including:

  • “International Arbitration in Lebanon” – Arbitration International Review.
  • “International Public Policy and Arbitration” – Swiss Arbitration Bulletin.
  • “Shareholders’ Rights and Activism” – Chambers Global Practice Guide.
