Dr. Abdullah Alajlan is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at AS&H Clifford Chance. He has represented clients before numerous judicial authorities and all levels of courts, including commercial and public courts, banking committees, and the Financial Market Committee.

He previously served as a judge at the Ministry of Justice for eleven years, during which he handled a wide range of disputes such as real estate matters, inheritance and endowment disputes, as well as commercial and contracting cases.

Dr. Alajlan is a licensed lawyer, a licensed bankruptcy trustee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. He is also a certified arbitrator at the Commercial Court of Appeal, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and has served as chairman and member of multiple arbitral tribunals in the Kingdom.
