The event will include two main segments:

  1. Practical Considerations when Drafting or Negotiating Construction Contracts Governed by Saudi Law - Practical Issues
  2. Practical Considerations when dealing with a Construction dispute under Saudi law

The panelists will examine key considerations, practical and legal issues, such as the prohibition of interest and LDs, time bar provisions, claims deadline and evidence, defects liability and decennial liability, role of the DAB/ fast track adjudication processes and other dispute resolution mechanisms.

 

The session will be conducted in a practical format and will feature an interactive discussion followed by Q&A to address audience questions.
