The FIDIC Forum: Advancing FIDIC Contract Practice and Dispute Avoidance in Saudi Arabia brings together industry leaders, contract specialists, legal practitioners, and project stakeholders to explore best-in-class FIDIC contract practices within the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving construction and infrastructure landscape.

 

This forum will highlight practical strategies for implementing FIDIC forms of contract, strengthening contract administration, promoting the role of the engineer and proactive dispute avoidance mechanisms aligned with international standards. Participants will gain insights into effective risk allocation, contract management excellence, and the application of FIDIC’s principles to ensure project success across Saudi Arabia’s major public and private sector developments.

 

The event aims to deepen understanding of FIDIC contract frameworks, improve consistency in their application, and foster collaboration among practitioners committed to elevating contract governance and reducing disputes in the region.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW26.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW26 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW26 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
