Event Description | A breakfast event including a panel discussion and Q&A followed by networking.

Topic | In today's digital economy, the infrastructure that powers our technological world has become increasingly complex and critical to business operations. From the data centres that store our information to the physical networks that enable global connectivity, and from the IT systems that run our daily operations to the energy sources that power it all – these foundational elements are essential to modern commerce and society.

However, with this complexity comes a new landscape of legal challenges. Construction and operational disputes involving technology infrastructure are becoming more frequent and sophisticated, requiring specialised legal expertise to navigate. Whether it's contractual disagreements during data centre construction, performance issues with network infrastructure, or operational challenges with IT systems, these disputes can have far-reaching consequences for businesses and their stakeholders.

Please join our panel of leading experts for a discussion on the disputes that arise when constructing and operating the infrastructure and energy that enables the technology that we rely on every day.
