Challenging ZATCAs zakah and tax assessments before the Committees for Resolution of Tax Violations and Disputes

Free By request Closed English

The General Authority for Zakat, Tax and Customs (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia issues zakat and tax assessments against entities. There are established processes for objecting to ZATCA’s assessment decisions, which must be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees.

This session will focus on all procedures related to objecting to ZATCA’s assessment decisions before the Committees for Resolution of Tax Violations and Disputes, up until the issuance of the final decisions. The session will also highlight key practical tips and important insights on how to navigate the committees’ processes to achieve the best possible outcomes.
